Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. is a South Korean multinational electronics company headquartered in Suwon, South Korea.

Samsung has previously been known for its position as a manufacturer of components such as lithium-ion batteries, semiconductors, chips, flash memory and hard drive devices for clients such as Apple, Sony, HTC and Nokia. In recent years, Samsung Electronics has expanded upon its manufacturing roots and diversified into consumer markets leading to an ever increasing portfolio of products and revenue stream.

Samsung Electronics currently stands as one of the world's largest vendors in the mobile phone and smartphone markets fueled by the popularity of its Samsung Galaxy line of devices. The company is also one of the largest vendors in the tablet computer market thanks to its Android-powered Samsung Galaxy Tab collection and is generally regarded as pioneering the phablet market through the Samsung Galaxy Note Family of devices.

Samsung Galaxy S series:

Samsung Galaxy S series refers to the high-end/flagship Android smartphones in the Samsung GALAXY series and includes Super Smart devices of the GALAXY series.

Samsung Galaxy S4:

First unveiled on March 13, 2013 at Samsung Mobile Unpacked in New York City, it is a successor to the Galaxy S III which maintains a similar design, but with upgraded hardware and an increased focus on software features that take advantage of its hardware capabilities-such as the ability to detect when a finger is hovered over the screen, and expanded eye tracking functionality (which includes scrolling). A hardware variant of the Galaxy S4 also become the first ever smartphone to support the emerging LTE Advanced mobile network standard.

Samsung Galaxy Note series:

Samsung Galaxy Note is the name given to a series of Android Smartphone-Phablets and Tablet computers which come from the Samsung GALAXY series and includes smart phones with large screens and pressure-sensitive styluses (branded “S Pen”).

Samsung Galaxy Note 3:

The Galaxy Note III was introduced on September 4, 2012 by Samsung at Galaxy Unpacked in Berlin. The Note III features a 2.3 GHz quad-core processor (LTE version) and a 1.9 GHz Octa-Core processor, 5.7” 1080p Super AMOLED display, 13-megapixel rear camera, 3 GB of RAM, Android 4.3, and storage capacity of either 32 GB or 64 GB, capable of UHD Video recording or Full HD video recording at 60 fps.
